For custom development work, intellectual property rights will be defined in individual service agreements. Typically, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code while Sahaya retains rights to pre-existing tools and frameworks.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared with us. Specific terms may be outlined in separate NDAs.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but make no warranties that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahaya LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations or binding arbitration in Washington State.
